PROCESSING TIME

TRACKING
When your item is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your parcel. Also, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website. Please note sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.

BreezeRiderEbike has prepaid the Customs and taxes, so don't need to pay. And we don't collect taxes.
MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERS
Individual items may ship separately. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way.
