PROCESSING TIME
Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed, excluding Sunday, and public US holidays. If the product is out of stock, which takes an additional 2–4 days.All packages are tracked once shipped, they can be tracked through the link in your confirmation email or by logging into your account on our website. TRACKING
When your item is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You should receive a tracking number and a link to a website where you can track your parcel. Please note sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system.

MULTIPLE ITEMS ORDERS
Individual items may ship separately. For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once… they are on the way.
